Throughout the entire project, you will have one permanent project manager. This person monitors the planning, coordinates execution and is your direct point of contact. This keeps the overview and questions are followed up quickly.
Reuzado has its own fleet of vehicles, consisting of a truck and several buses. This allows us to operate quickly and efficiently, even for large-scale projects up to thousands of workplaces. Thanks to our national coverage, we can be flexibly deployed without depending on external transport services, which improves reliability and availability.
A neat workplace contributes to a pleasant working environment. That is why we provide sleek and orderly cable management. We use reusable tie-wraps, so that cables are neatly concealed but can be easily adapted or extended later. This provides flexibility for future adjustments without clutter or hassle.
In larger organisations, especially with flex spaces, it is essential to know where which equipment is located. Reuzado registers assets at room or desk level, so this information can be imported directly into your CMDB. This facilitates management and prevents searching during maintenance or replacement.
To minimise disruption, we dispose of old workstations immediately. We use lockable rolling containers in which the old hardware is safely collected. At the end of the day, we take it away and return it to Reuzado. There, we assess whether the equipment still has residual value or falls under e-waste. This keeps your site tidy and operational.
In order not to disrupt your daily operations, we can also carry out the migration outside regular working hours. In the evening or at the weekend - all in consultation and tailored to your schedule. This ensures the continuity of your organisation.
