Successful matchmaking on the Haarlem trade floor of Business & Society: Reuzado was naturally part of it.
That Corporate Social Responsibility is high on the agenda at Reuzado is not news. We have been offering permanent positions to people distanced from the labor market for years (and also have special coaches and a PSO certificate (https://lnkd.in/eY-rExUs) support various charities) through IT donations and also our newest project with Finn (https://lnkd.in/ejMzwmka) is a great example. The Haarlem-based Business & Society is an important partner for Reuzado in this area.
Business & Society brings together people who might not know each other in daily life. They do this by organizing social projects where participants meet and support each other. This way they get to know and understand each other's worlds better.
The Haarlem trade floor (17th edition) literally works like 'the stock exchange' with floor traders and notaries, where participants seek each other out with supply and demand and are immediately officially linked as partners when there's a match.
During the latest edition, the Reuzado team again made great connections with organizations that need professional IT support. This can be through hardware but also software or ICT services. The foundations presented a clear request for help – and when this aligned with Reuzado's capabilities, a match was made. A match that, as far as we're concerned, has the potential to grow into a long-term relationship.
Our matches from the Haarlem trade floor 2023 are:
The bird hospital
Sint Jacob
Kurdish House Haarlem Foundation
Somali Foundation Haarlem & Surroundings (SSHO)
Does your organization also have a request for help? Contact Business and Society. Who knows, we might meet at the next Haarlem Trade Floor!
