What is Kilo-For-Kilo?

Every IT purchase contributes to more electronic waste (e-waste) on our planet. Much e-waste is still shipped to developing countries where often no optimal recycling takes place.

With Reuzado Kilo-for-Kilo, we are actively fighting against that problem. Our customers can contribute directly to the collection and safe recycling of e-waste through our circular impact programme. For every kilo you use, sell or replace, we collect a kilo of e-waste in Kenya. Fully transparent and certified.

The solution

We take action against this lost e-waste through a process we call recirculation, collecting it and making it available again to the value chain.

For each electronic device, in cooperation with local initiatives, we facilitate the collection, transport and recycling of exactly the amount of e-waste generated by the organisation wishing to contribute. During this process, we collect data and convert it into e-waste credits. The e-waste credit is then made available to our customers. Thanks to its transparent and fully traceable properties, this e-waste credit can be used for sustainability reporting, underpinning and communicating your sustainability efforts and other ESG purposes.
