Social entrepreneurship starts with trust; after all, everyone deserves the chance to participate. Yet the path to employment is not equally straightforward for everyone. Some people face circumstances that make it harder to find or keep a job. A gap in their CV, health issues, personal challenges or simply a labour market that doesn’t always allow for tailored solutions.
At Reuzado, we believe that a CV never tells the whole story. Behind every application is a person – someone with talents, ambitions and potential. That’s why we look beyond qualifications, work experience or a perfect career path. We look for potential.

Social entrepreneurship in practice

For us, social entrepreneurship isn’t just a one-off project or a box to tick on a checklist. It’s a way of looking at people. We believe that organisations have a responsibility to create opportunities – not just for those who find it easy to navigate the job market, but especially for those who could do with a little extra support.
That means creating space for development and taking the time to provide guidance. Listening to what someone needs to succeed.

We are proud that our efforts have been recognised through the Social Enterprise Performance Ladder (PSO). Particularly because it demonstrates that social enterprise is an integral part of our daily practice. That we actively contribute to employment opportunities for people who face barriers to the labour market and invest in support, development and sustainable opportunities. Because we believe that entrepreneurship and social responsibility should go hand in hand, as they have for many years.

Making an impact is something we do together

At Reuzado, sustainability goes beyond extending the lifespan of IT equipment and our electric vehicle fleet, and supporting charities. It is also about creating opportunities for people. Because real impact is achieved when circularity, sustainability and social enterprise come together.
