Let us know which equipment you want to dispose of. A detailed list is helpful but not required. Together we’ll determine the transport and processing needs.

2. Pickup by certified drivers

Our own team collects the equipment using secure transport. If needed, we provide sealed containers or bins for additional protection.

3. Intake and registration

Each device is carefully registered upon arrival and linked to a project number. If data carriers are present, they are immediately set aside for secure handling.

4. Data removal or destruction

Devices with storage are either wiped or physically destroyed. For each serial number, you receive an official certificate. Even defective hardware is processed securely.

5. Environmentally responsible processing

Any equipment that is still usable is prepared for reuse. Remaining parts are responsibly recycled. After completion, you receive a clear report summarising the results.

Handling data carriers securely

Data security is not optional when disposing of IT equipment, it is essential. Devices with storage, such as hard drives, SSDs or internal flash modules, are always treated as potential risks. Upon arrival, they are immediately separated and stored in a secure area. We then perform certified data erasure using Blancco software or destroy the carriers physically using DIN 66399 H5 shredders. For every data carrier, you receive a certificate with serial number and destruction method. This ensures full GDPR compliance and airtight documentation for audits or internal policies.

Your old hardware as a source of new value

Disposal doesn’t have to mean waste. In fact, we assess each device for potential reuse. Functional hardware is refurbished and given a second life, while components like memory modules or power supplies are recovered when possible. This contributes directly to circular IT, reduces e-waste and lowers the environmental impact of new production. Devices or components that are no longer usable are dismantled and sent to certified processors who recover valuable raw materials, from precious metals to recycled plastics.
