Transport software for extra flexibility
Fast and automated transport planning. Customers are invited via email or SMS to make an appointment. Through a special link, they can select a preferred time slot in the personalized customer portal (flexible). Our system’s algorithms then calculate everything, taking the transport planning into account (agile). If a route is already full, the software no longer offers that option. Our transport planner then reviews the schedule and adjusts if necessary. Afterwards, the customer receives a confirmation, and their preferred time is included in the planning.
Our staff then quickly and accurately schedule multiple trips over multiple days. The offered time slots fit into the most efficient routes. Both customer and planner can track the status via track and trace to stay informed at all times. Maximum clarity, in other words.
