Reuzado takes care of the entire process

We take care of the entire workstation migration process on your behalf. The equipment is stored at our 2,000 m2 warehouse, where we also complete preliminary activities, like unpacking, installing, and tagging. So you do not need to set aside space in your own building. We will only transport the equipment to your location at the date of the exchange.

We unplug your old workstations and dispose of them, then connect the new workstations and, of course, neatly conceal all cables. The packaging and the existing equipment are removed to our warehouse. We leave you with a new and tidy workstation.

We provide you with a CMDB registration including an overview of what has been installed and where. You are also given a list of inventory of the collected hardware. The data on your former hardware is destroyed in a secure and certified manner.

Additional information and questions

Our company works from several smaller locations; can Reuzado also implement workstation roll-out there?

Yes, the number of locations is not an issue. Together, we can set-up a roll-out schedule for all your locations.
Does Reuzado also implement migration projects abroad?

All of our projects are implemented in the Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg).
Can you pre-install the necessary programs on our laptops?

Certainly. Together, we can compile an image and install this on the laptops prior to delivery.
Everyone who enters our business should have a Certificate of Conduct. Does Reuzado require the same from its staff?

All staff employed by Reuzado have a Certificate of Conduct.
We are moving locations; can Reuzado support us in moving as well?
