Reuzado believes that everyone deserves an equal opportunity to find a solid job. While not everyone has easy access to the labor market, we strive to make a difference with our partners. For example, we collaborate with Paswerk and Pasmatch to reintegrate the long-term unemployed, and we have a program for people distanced from the labor market.
We believe it's our duty to provide appropriate guidance in this regard and encourage our employees' personal development and growth. To do this as effectively as possible, we offer managers the opportunity to participate in training courses to support colleagues with disabilities.
The Harrie training is a suitable example of this. This training has been completed by our employees who function as "Harrie". The term "Harrie" stands for: Helpful Alert, Relaxed, Realistic, Instructive and Ernest. This "Harrie" ensures on the work floor that employees who need support receive the proper supervision.
In addition to our policy for job seekers, Reuzado has similar partnerships with schools for training interns. These are primarily for students who are struggling to keep up and/or have behavioral issues. Here too, Reuzado offers a suitable solution and the right support.
