1. Register your equipment
Send us a list of your depreciated IT equipment or contact us directly. Think of servers, laptops, phones, network equipment or peripherals. Together, we will discuss what needs to be collected and whether you have any additional requirements, such as on-site data destruction.
2. Collection with secure transport
On the agreed day, we collect the equipment - quickly, safely and discreetly. Whether it's a few devices or a complete IT environment: we have the right resources and experience. Large volumes? No problem.
3. Registration and processing
Upon arrival, we register each device and link it to a unique serial number. We then assess its operation: usable equipment is prepared for reuse, defective parts are recycled in an environmentally-friendly way.
4. Secure data destruction
Data carriers such as hard drives, SSDs or tapes are erased by software or physically destroyed - depending on your preference and the type of device. You always receive an official certificate of destruction as proof.
5. Reporting and proof
Afterwards, you receive a clear report with all relevant information: serial numbers, processing status and details of data destruction. This gives you conclusive evidence for audits or internal accountability.

Physical destruction
When devices are faulty or contain sensitive information that absolutely must not be leaked, physical destruction is the safest choice. In this process, the hard disk, SSD or other storage device is completely destroyed using an industrial shredder. This irrevocably erases all data - recovery is no longer possible.
We perform physical data destruction in our high-security facility, but can also provide this on-site. This is particularly interesting for organisations with high security requirements or when transport of data carriers is not desired. In both cases, you will receive an official certificate of destruction so that you can fully demonstrate data security.
Responsible handling of depreciated computers
Not every computer needs to be destroyed immediately. Many devices are technically still in good condition and deserve a second life. We assess each device for reusability. Suitable hardware is carefully cleaned, updated and used for social or educational purposes.
