After receiving the image, we apply it to a select number of new devices. These test machines are either sent to you or reviewed together with your IT team on site. Only after written or digital approval do we proceed with installing the image on the rest of the batch. This ensures everything works exactly as it should.

All devices undergo a Dead On Arrival (DOA) check beforehand. If a defect is found, we immediately contact the supplier and arrange for a replacement device. This prevents project delays and ensures you only receive working equipment. This is a standard part of our IT deployment services.

Yes, by arrangement, deliveries can take place outside office hours or on weekends. This also applies to on-site support for large-scale rollouts. Flexibility in timing is part of our standard service offering.

Each shipment includes a digital overview with serial numbers, MAC addresses or other agreed-upon data. This file integrates with your internal CMDB or assetmanagementsysteem. We agree in advance on the format and structure in which you want to receive the data.
