Smart Mobile Device Deployment - efficient, secure and fully in control

A hardware release does not have to be an invasive or disruptive process. Reuzado has over 15 years of experience in carrying out mobile deployment projects, ranging from small user groups to large-scale replacement rounds. We execute each project efficiently and carefully, with minimal disruption to employees. Whether for a single location or a nationwide roll-out, we ensure a smooth issue from start to finish.

Mobile workstation replacement

When replacing laptops, phones or tablets - no matter how many - we ensure a structured approach. Reuzado supports organisations in mobile migrations of any size. Whether it involves 10 or 10,000 devices, the service level remains the same. From planning to execution, we carefully coordinate everything so that the migration project runs effortlessly.

Our approach is characterised by:

  • Single-site or multi-site rollout, regardless of scale or region
  • Use of a date picker/scheduling tool for registration and time slots
  • Floorwalkers for on-site support
  • Guidance for end users on initial login and usage
  • Registration of loan agreements at serial number level
  • CMDB registration of all issued and withdrawn hardware
  • Disposal and disposal of old equipment, including safe data wipe
  • Installation of additional features, such as WiFi amplifiers if required

One point of contact throughout the process

For each mobile migration, we set up a project group. An experienced project leader is assigned from Reuzado to supervise the process, monitor the planning and act as a central point of contact. In this way, an overview is maintained and questions are quickly followed up.

 

On-site IT support

During the roll-out, a specialised IT team is deployed, consisting of service staff and floorwalkers. They handle the issue via an issue desk and ensure that the mobile workstations are immediately ready for use.

On location, we provide:

  • Collection of old equipment via the issue desk
  • Processing asset data on behalf of the CMDB
  • Registration of user agreements
    Guiding users through the first use of their new device

Safe disposal of old hardware

For replacement projects, we also take care of the disposal of old equipment. Incorporated devices are registered and then securely wiped according to applicable standards, ensuring that all data is finally and responsibly disposed of.

Everything handled in-house

Reuzado carries out hardware migrations AND the associated data destruction entirely in-house. We have a 5,500-square-metre warehouse and work with our own staff and equipment. Here we prepare everything: unpacking, installing, tagging and labelling all equipment. No hassle on site and no extra space needed.
