Reuzado is the expert for everything in the field of ICT. With a team of approximately 68 colleagues that is still growing, a warehouse of 5,500 m2 and our own fleet of vehicles, including a hyper-innovative shredder truck for on-site data destruction, we meet every need on any scale.

In 2004, the Dutch company Reuzado B.V. was founded to purchase and sell used ICT equipment. We have since grown into a company that focuses on both ICT services (including Lifecycle Management and Device as a Service) and optimizing the circular economy in hardware. As an autonomous company, we operate flexibly, creatively, innovatively, and transparently, unhindered by hierarchical structures or processes. This allows us to adapt quickly and operate more customer-focused and sustainably, with a greater focus on CSR. Unique in the industry.

Our mission

Reuzado's mission is to contribute to a more sustainable world by purchasing, processing (data destruction), reusing, and potentially recycling hardware responsibly and safely. We strive for a circular economy, where used IT equipment is given a second life (reuse). Only when this is technically impossible are the valuable materials recovered and reused in the economy (recycling).

All of this can only be achieved thanks to our specialization in the most crucial first step: data destruction. We work according to established procedures, comply with laws and regulations, and also apply our own, even stricter security measures. We are also committed to protecting the environment and human and animal health by reducing the incineration or landfilling of IT waste. We focus on conserving natural resources by reusing materials and thus reducing the extraction of new raw materials.

In addition to our sustainable mission, our team remains committed to offering the highest possible level of service in ICT services. This applies to both ongoing ICT services with the unique CMDB tool D-atz: Service Delivery from A to Z, and the final phase of hardware within an organization with the Circu-IT customer portal – also exclusively developed for Reuzado. With these unparalleled, ultra-user-friendly, and innovative software tools (custom-developed for us), we offer our clients transparency, reliability, autonomy, and efficiency. This ensures that no valuable time is lost and employees can enjoy doing what they do best! The latest innovation in our service offering revolves around the CSRD, which will be relevant to an increasing number of organizations in the coming years. It is a tool for mapping the CO2 impact of IT assets, from purchase to retirement (Itad). The CO2 report resulting from this tool can be directly incorporated by the CSO into the complete CSRD report, efficiently and easily.
