How does DaaS Lifecycle Management Services work?

Met Reuzado DaaS Lifecycle Management Services krijg je een volledig beheerd proces voor werkplekapparatuur. Onze oplossing is ontworpen op basis van bewezen best practices uit de markt. Alles start met het inrichten van het klantportaal D-atz, waarin je volledige regie hebt over bestellingen, swaps, support en CMDB-beheer. Vanuit daar verloopt het hele traject in duidelijke, geautomatiseerde stappen.

1. Configuration and personas

We start by defining user profiles within your organization. Based on these, we select the matching hardware, software, and configurations. Each profile is linked to a standardized package that fully supports the user's role.

2. Ordering and inventory management

You order the selected devices from your preferred supplier. Reuzado then manages the inventory. With live insights into inventory through Datz, you can make quick adjustments to address shortages or changes.

3. Delivery and installation

New employees receive their equipment fully configured, delivered either at the office or their home. Devices are plug and play and tailored to the correct persona.

4. Support and swap service

In case of a malfunction, we provide a replacement device within one working day. Requests are submitted and tracked directly through the portal, without involving additional personnel.

5. Offboarding and data destruction

Departing employees return their devices. We collect the devices, perform certified data erasure (using Blancco), and assess whether they can be reused or recycled.

6. Reuse and reporting

Refurbished equipment is reintroduced into circulation. Everything is logged in the CMDB and accessible via clear reports. This gives you ongoing control over your entire IT asset management environment.

The D-atz client portal is the core of our service. Here you manage everything, from new orders and support requests to swaps and CMDB registrations. Everything is clear, real time, and centrally accessible.

Joiners & leavers
New employees start with a fully configured workstation delivered on site. Departing employees return their devices, which are then collected, wiped, and, if suitable, redeployed. Everything is automatically recorded in the client portal.
Next business day swapservice
In case of a defect, a replacement device is delivered within 24 hours. This avoids productivity loss and boosts end user satisfaction.
Data destruction and disposal
When devices are truly end of life, we perform certified data management procedures. We erase all data using Blancco software and issue a certificate per device. Devices with remaining value are reused, while others are sent to certified processors following WEEELABEX guidelines.
