How do Lifecycle Management Services work?

With Reuzado Lifecycle Management Services, you get a fully managed process for workplace equipment. Our solution is designed based on proven market best practices. That means: no experiments, just a solid foundation that works and tailored to your organisation. Everything starts with setting up the D-atz customer portal, where you have full control over orders, swaps, support and CMDB management. From there, the whole process proceeds in clear, automated steps.

1. design & alignment

We start by setting up your own Lifecycle portal, followed by an explanation of how it works. We will then coordinate the desired stock and set the agreed processing times, which you can monitor yourself.

2. Ordering and inventory management

You order the selected devices from your preferred supplier. Reuzado then manages the inventory. With live insights into inventory through Datz, you can make quick adjustments to address shortages or changes.

3. Delivery and installation

New employees receive their equipment fully configured, delivered on site or at home. With a Happy-box, if any, to give them a warm welcome.

4. Support and swap service

In case of a malfunction, we provide a replacement device within one working day. Requests are submitted and tracked directly through the portal, without involving additional personnel.

5. Offboarding and data destruction

Departing employees return their devices. We collect the devices, perform certified data erasure (using Blancco), and assess whether they can be reused or recycled.

6. Reuse and reporting

Refurbished equipment is reintroduced into circulation. Everything is logged in the CMDB and accessible via clear reports. This gives you ongoing control over your entire IT asset management environment.

Logistics

Depending on your requirements, additional logistics costs may apply. For example, consider shipping via standard courier services, or delivery via Reuzado or third party with ID check and an appointment module, so that there is always someone present at home.

Do you want full control and maximum relief? Then choose delivery via Reuzado's own transport. This way, employees do not have to go to a parcel point themselves, but receive their device neatly at the office or simply at home - completely carefree.

Flexible inventory management and a solid foundation

Together, we determine the optimal working method, fully tailored to your organisation. Each process is clearly mapped out via flow charts, RACI matrix and clear SLAs, so there is maximum transparency and everyone knows who does what, when - for flawless service provision.

Once the hardware is ordered from your preferred supplier, we take care of stock management. We ensure that every device is readily available, with smart stock levels and ordering recommendations. In short: D-atz's predictive insight makes it easy to adjust and avoid shortages, even at peak times or when the market is scarce.

Joiners & leavers
New employees start with a fully configured workstation delivered on site. Departing employees return their devices, which are then collected, wiped, and, if suitable, redeployed. Everything is automatically recorded in the client portal.
Next business day swaps service
In case of a defect, a replacement device is delivered within 24 hours. This avoids productivity loss and boosts end user satisfaction.
Data destruction and disposal
When devices are truly end-of-life, we provide certified data destruction. We erase data with Blancco software and provide a certificate per device. Devices that still have value are reused. What remains goes to authorised processors according to WEEELABEX-guidelines.
